Resources for planning and conducting randomised controlled trials in aphasia rehabilitation
The CATs Trials for Aphasia Panel has collated a range of resources for planning and conducting RCTs in aphasia rehabilitation. The resources are structured in a broad order, from identifying an aphasia research priority to address, to designing, then conducting an RCT, and reporting its findings. It should be noted, though, that many aspects to consider apply in multiple stages of an RCT.
Please note that this list is “work in progress.” Inclusion of an item is not endorsement of its content. Several items are not specific to RCTs, but are highly relevant and should be considered.
